He was born on 4 November 1991 in Mumbai. He belongs from a Punjabi family. His father was owner of a Movie theatre and his mother was a homemaker.
He loved to listen to Hindi songs on radio in his childhood, seeing this his grandmother said to his father ‘Anil, your son will become filmy just like you.’
